To the southwest of where these streams meet is the island where StormClan makes its camp, accessible only by swimming or crossing the stepping stones. The camp is full of lush trees and bramble thickets that hide the nursery, elders’ den, leader’s den, warriors’ den, and apprentices’ den. A thorn bush that stretches over the stream serves as the medicine cats’ den. Part of the earth underneath this bush has been washed away, leaving a pool near the roots and a hole in the bank that works well for herb storage. In the center of the island is a large clearing where members of the clan can eat, talk, play, share tongues, or attend clan meetings.
